What’s the role about?

As the Head of Product, you’ll lead our most complex and high-impact projects, steering them from concept to completion. This role goes beyond managing backlogs—you’ll inspire teams, foster collaboration, and shape strategies to deliver exceptional results for our clients and end users.

You’ll also mentor junior team members, championing a positive team culture while bringing your expertise to support the development of innovative web and mobile products.

  • D&D Excellence: Lead discovery and design (D&D) workshops to uncover insights and craft innovative solutions.

  • Strategic Roadmapping: Develop tailored product roadmaps for internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards, knowing when to pivot or pause projects to ensure success.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use user feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Team Mentorship: Guide and inspire junior team members to foster growth and collaboration.

  • Problem Solving: Frame problems effectively and collaborate with developers to design solutions that balance technical feasibility and user value.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships, tailoring communication for alignment and shared success.

What makes you the perfect fit?

We’re seeking someone with leadership qualities, technical expertise, and a proven track record in digital product delivery. Here’s what we’d love to see:

Your experience:
  • Over 3 years in product ownership or management, ideally within a digital agency environment.
  • Expertise in mobile and web app development, delivering user-focused products.
  • Strong understanding of agile principles, leading ceremonies, and managing sprints.
  • Proven ability to lead across multiple industries and navigate diverse technical landscapes.
  • Experience working with developers and solving complex technical challenges.

Your skills:
  • A pragmatic decision-maker who isn’t afraid to have difficult conversations when necessary.
  • Adept at framing problems, identifying opportunities, and delivering creative solution.
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
  • Adept at solving complex challenges, with the ability to adapt and innovate.
  • Skilled in creating detailed product roadmaps and managing competing priorities.
  • Confident in leading client discussions with strategic insight and practical solutions.

Your style:
  • A self-starter who thrives in undefined processes and enjoys creating structure.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional products that balance user needs with business goals.
  • Empathetic and approachable, with a knack for coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Committed to fostering a positive, inclusive team culture where everyone feels valued.
  • Confident in championing your team to ensure they have the tools and guidance to succeed.
